The Lost Files - What I Wore

This week, I will be eight weeks post-partum. I'm starting to feel like myself, slowly but surely and figured since I can't fit any of my regular clothes (and probably won't for awhile), why not dig in the crates.

 I built my outfit around this sweater I purchased from H&M a few years ago.  I truly advocate for buying things when the season is about to end.  I scored this baby for $10!

Calvin Klein shoes, that is!  These beauties are one of the last items I purchased with my employee discount, while working at Macy's. Scored these bad boys for about $22!!

What I Wore - Where Are You Spring?

I took these pics when Spring just started.  What happened?  Where did the time go?  How did Fall get here so quickly?  Already daydreaming about warmer weather.  Please excuse my photographer's (the hubster) shadow...oye!

On another note: my hair looked really bomb! I'm always fiddling with it because it's growing out of the tapered cut, but I was having a GOOOOOD hair day.

What I Wore - Jumpsuits

I can't believe how much I look like my mom in these pics.  It's funny because everyone says it, but you don't see it till you look closely.  I think any piece of clothing can work for work. It's all in the way you rock it and/or spruce it up and you also have to know the culture of where you're employed. Law firms used to be very stuffy.  Not so much anymore. This gave me a reason to pull out this jumpsuit I've had sitting in my closet for years.  Tags were still on...smh.

I'm baaaaaaaack!  Hopefully, I can remain consistent throughout this blogging journey.  I still need to update and work on a few things, but my motto this month (taken from Nike) is Just Do It?  Anywho, on to the outfit!  

I majorly LOVE this dress.  It's the kind of dress that you go to when you don't know what to wear and you don't want to put too much thought into, but you still want to look FAB! I stopped traffic in this dress.
